Biography:  Raised in the heart of the city of Camden, New Jersey.  Michael has always seen life from both sides of the street.  From early challenges to everyday hustle, he's learned how to navigate the noise, stay grounded and keep pushing in the most difficult of circumstances.  With a voice that's raw, real and ready to rise he speaks for those still finding their way.  Whether through words, actions or presence, Michael is turning lessons into purpose, and showing that where you start doesn't have to define where you finish.  Michael moved to Chicago in 2008 and started over.  He met his wife LaShonda in June of 2022, they later married in April 2024.  They made their residence in the South Suburbs of Chicago.  LaShonda helped bring Michael's story to life with the purpose of serving the youth, in hopes that his story might motivate others to live life with purpose under the worst of circumstances knowing that the story doesn't have to end in the prison cell.
